Job description
As a cook you are efficiently preparing and focusing on transmission of high quality culinary products. Contributing to the development of garnishing and making suggestions to the Executive Chef. The kitchen is responsible for Banqueting, Events and Room Service.
ResponsibilitiesPreparation of high quality culinary courses with fresh ingredients.Maintaining the mice en placePreparing plates by performing a la minute cooking activities, portioning and garnishing dishes and controlling the presentation according to recipe (Portion Control)Maintaining quality of the dishes by checking the products freshness and deviations etc.Cleaning the working environment, cooking devices and remaining working materialWorking hygienically according to the HACCP regulationsPrepare orders and obtain them from the storage. All orders need to be approved by the Executive ChefProfile

MBO work- and thinking levelPreferably educated level 3 self-contained cookSeveral years of working experience/internship in a 5* hotel or luxurious restaurant is a plus.Knowledge of HACCP
